Delivery

Orders placed in the  www.wetapparel.shop store are carried out via the DPD courier company.

  • DPD courier delivery - PLN 16 (delivery time 1-2 working days from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)

Returns
​

Want to return goods? No problem. You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order. Remember GOODS must be physically returned to us. If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately, the goods are not returnable. To make a return, the goods must be new, must not bear any signs of use and must be packed so that they are not damaged during shipping.

(do not forget to attach the return and the receipt. If you cannot attach the receipt because it also includes another product that you do not return, send its photo by e-mail to our e-mail address: moy@moystore.pl

Fill it out and send it to the address provided in the form with the note RETURN. If your return is approved, I will immediately transfer the funds to the account number indicated by you. Remember that you send the return at your own expense.

Complaints
​

Do you want to advertise a product? Please. All products are subject to a 12-month warranty. You can download the complaint form  HERE . Fill it out and send it to the address provided in the form with the note COMPLAINT. For sure, together we will be able to find a satisfactory compensation. If your complaint is approved, I will inform you about the decision. Complaints are not subject to damage resulting from improper use of the goods. Remember that you send the goods at your own expense
